We support multiple file formats for catalog uploads, including CSV, Excel, and BMEcat XML. These formats ensure compatibility with different systems and allow for efficient data exchange. For details on the required structure and formatting, refer to our Upload Templates.

Updates are typically made when product or price changes occur. Both full and change uploads are supported.

Login credentials are sent via email upon initial account creation. The password must be changed during the first login, following our password policy.
