2000 - Foundation

jCatalog Software AG developed software modules for eBusiness and eCommerce at an early stage. Particular attention is paid to PIM, DAM, publishing, electronic catalogs and solutions for e-procurement. As a result, the PIM system became one of the market leaders in German-speaking countries at an early stage.

OpusCapita
2016 – Rebranding

The jCatalog Software AG joins forces with OpusCapita, a leading provider of e-invoicing and process automation. From then on, they operate under the name OpusCapita Software GmbH. The aim of this merger is to create a comprehensive end-to-end portfolio covering the transformation of sales, procurement, and financial processes.

2019 - The birth of prodexa

jCatalog founder Stephan Albers transferred the “PIM” division to prodexa GmbH at the end of 2019. prodexa has been continuously developing its software ever since. The preliminary result is the prodexa PXM suite for “Product Experience Management”.
